Lead corporate ADC frontier-technology strategy and R&D capability building. • Frontier Technology Strategy: Lead exploration of cutting-edge ADC technologies and define R&D directions and technology roadmaps for cross-disciplinary platforms spanning novel antibody modalities (bispecific/multispecific), fusion proteins, and ADC + immuno-oncology combination therapies.

• New Target Discovery & Project Initiation: Drive early-stage exploration of ADC and bispecific-ADC programs across pan-oncology indications and unvalidated/novel targets; lead target nomination, validation, and proof-of-concept (POC) studies; own target rationale, proposal drafting, and the full internal review process for project kick-off.

• Team Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary R&D teams across frontier protein engineering, combination therapy, and novel target exploration; build talent pipelines and project-allocation mechanisms to ensure high-performance execution and on-time delivery.

• Platform Development: Build and enhance in vitro/in vivo evaluation systems for novel antibody modalities, fusion proteins, and combination therapies (including tumor models, efficacy assessment, and PK/PD analysis), driving continuous iteration of the technology platforms.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Clinical Development, BD, CMC, and other functions to support technical evaluation, technical due diligence, and early translational research for new partnership programs.

• External Innovation: Monitor global frontiers in ADC and tumor immunology; assess external technologies, novel targets, and collaboration opportunities; engage actively in academic and industry exchange; and lead asset scouting and BD evaluation.

• Ph.D. in Immunology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 10 years of biopharma R&D experience, including 3–5 years of team management in an innovative biotech or pharmaceutical company leading teams of 10+ members.

• Solid hands-on expertise in antibody engineering (phage display, hybridoma, single B-cell cloning) and bispecific/trispecific antibody or ADC drug development; familiarity with the full antibody-discovery value chain (immunization → library construction → panning → hit → lead → humanization → affinity maturation).

• Understanding of the tumor immune microenvironment and combination strategies; prior ADC + immunotherapy combination exploration is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to independently drive novel target nomination and early validation; proficiency with in vitro/in vivo efficacy models and translational-medicine approaches.

• Strong cross-functional communication and strategic thinking; prior support for IND or IIT filings is a plus.

• Fluent English as a working language, including scientific presentations, business negotiations, and formal documentation.

• End-to-end project experience from target discovery to POC/IND is preferred.

• Familiarity with next-generation ADC platforms (dual-payload, site-specific conjugation, novel payload mechanisms) is preferred.

• Experience with cell-therapy platforms (CAR-T, NK, γδT, etc.) is preferred.

• Overseas training or frontier R&D experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company is preferred.

• Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Medicinal Chemistry, or a related discipline; postdoctoral experience is a plus.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience; experience in PROTAC or molecular-glue programs is preferred.

• Familiar with the full drug-discovery workflow, with solid capabilities in novel compound design, synthesis, and structure-activity relationship (SAR) studies; able to lead research projects independently; prior experience advancing a program to PCC is highly preferred.
