SynTume

Synergy in Tumor MicroEnvironment (SynTume) describes the phenomenon of efficacy synergy when two different MOA of payloads are released in TME from our proprietary dual linker payload ADCs (DLP ADCs). DLP ADCs are delivered to and concentrated in the tumor microenvironment, and then two different MOA of payloads are released due to the linker sensitivity to TME enzymes, pH etc and their efficacy synergy is shown as a result.
