Two By Two ADC

Bispecific dual payload ADCs (2by2 ADC) have the benefits of dual targeting. And by combining two different MOA of payloads on a same branched linker, 2by2 ADCs can deliver two different MOA of payloads to cancel cells simultaneously. The benefit of the simultaneous delivery of payloads has been shown preclinically to have the efficacy synergy in animal models and their toxicity is manageable. The branched linker design allows an easy one-step conjugation of DLP using thiol-maleimide chemistry.
